A passion for organisation, efficiency, detail and helping others, Steph discovered her love for finance when she started her first job as a bookkeeper trainee in South Africa. This led to lots of courses on finance and bookkeeping and now working towards a BA Hons in Business Management and Accounting.
Over the years, having worked in different industries, Steph has found that having the right systems & procedures in place can improve business performance and accuracy of information captured, thus resulting in real time information being available and more time spent on analysing, better decision making and managing your business. With accounting software and apps continuously improving & implementing new technology, there is definitely no need to be spending time data capturing and sorting paperwork.
In her spare time, Steph enjoys painting, photography, walking in the beautiful English countryside and wildlife.
With the digital world continuously advancing, personal contact still remains essential.
